Tellent

The challenge
Tellent connects companies with diverse, underrepresented talent — a mission that's meaningful but easy to make feel corporate and hollow. The design needed to do the opposite: feel genuinely warm, energetic, and human, while still holding up as a credible enterprise platform.
The work
I led the full visual identity and website design — from brand strategy and guidelines through to a responsive, production-ready interface. The visual language was built around contrast and warmth: bold colour, open typography, and layouts that let real people and stories take center stage rather than UI chrome. Every decision was pressure-tested against the question: does this make someone from an underrepresented background feel seen and welcomed here? Working closely with Tellent's marketing and dev teams, I made sure the brand translated cleanly from static guidelines into live digital product — no drift, no compromise.
The result
A platform identity that's expressive enough to stand out in a saturated HR tech market, and grounded enough to earn trust from both candidates and the companies hiring them.
