reallyfinal
The challenge
As a freelancer, I know that delivering the work isn’t always the end of the job. There are payment reminders to send, invoices to prepare and client details to find across different tools. I started reallyfinal to solve a problem I face myself: the admin and uncertainty between finishing a project and getting paid. The goal was to make that process simpler for anyone working independently, whatever their profession.
The work
I designed the product around one simple interaction: send a link that brings the files and payment together. Clients pay before downloading the final files, without needing to create an account. When payment isn’t needed, freelancers can send a free transfer instead. Invoices and contacts sit alongside file delivery, keeping more of the day-to-day work in one place. I shaped the product flows, interface, visual identity and website around clarity, with straightforward language and a consistent visual system. “Good work. Meet a great finish.” became the idea connecting the experience.
The result
A live product that brings file delivery, payment collection, invoicing and contact management into one connected workflow. For me, reallyfinal is also a demonstration of end-to-end ownership: identifying a problem from personal experience, shaping a product around it and bringing it to life. It reflects how I work with AI to turn design decisions into something people can use.
