The challenge
Physical security is a category that defaults to fear: dark UIs, surveillance imagery, jargon-heavy messaging. Alcatraz AI is the opposite of that, a facial authentication platform built on privacy and effortlessness, trusted by the majority of the top 10 AI leaders to protect their most critical facilities. The brand needed to carry that contradiction confidently: serious enough for a CISO evaluating data center security, warm enough to match a product whose whole promise is that you walk through the door without thinking about it. And it had to hold together everywhere the company shows up: a marketing site, a trade show floor, a sales deck, and the merch on an engineer's desk.
The work
I worked across the full brand surface, with AI-generated imagery as a core part of the craft rather than an afterthought. Image prompting. I built the entire imagery library through prompt-driven generation: real people moving through real spaces instead of stock "security" clichés. The library now runs across web, decks, social, and print from one consistent visual world. Scene + product prompting. The hardware had to feel photographed, not rendered. I developed a prompting system that places the actual product into lit, believable environments: data centers, lobbies, premier lanes. Product accuracy with editorial atmosphere. Website. I designed the marketing site, translating a hardware product into a digital experience that feels as frictionless as the access it promises: bold typography, a confident dark-and-orange palette, promises backed by numbers. Event booths. Booth systems built to stop traffic at industry shows and stay recognizably Alcatraz from ten meters away. Presentations. A presentation system the team can run on its own: every new page, deck, and event builds on the same foundations instead of reinventing them. Marketing materials. Sales decks, social, print, and campaign assets, all art-directed from the same imagery library and system.
The result
One brand, coherent from a browser tab to a trade show floor, with an imagery pipeline the company owns instead of renting. The system gave a fast-scaling company a visual language its own team can run with. [Add one real number here if you have it: the Series B announcement, a specific show, leads, anything concrete. Even "carried the brand through a $50M Series B announcement" works, and I can see a $50M Series B graphic in your own imagery on this very page, so if that's accurate, use it.]

Denis took a category that trades on fear and made ours feel effortless. The brand he built holds together everywhere we show up - the site, the trade-show floor, the investor deck - and it finally feels as premium as the product itself.
